Montessori Teachers |
Are skilled observers and continually assess each child's interest and development. Our role is to present achievable tasks to the children so that they can enjoy the feeling of accomplishment. We offer new ideas to the children in such a way as to capture their interest and encourage their love of learning and discovery. Our sessions encourage children to investigate, learn outcomes and to complete tasks. In our program we have introduced the Jolly Phonics literacy program which is an international literacy program and one that is widely recommended as the best multi sensory literacy program for learners (Prof. Jim Rose). Our children are given homework packs that they take home so that parents can reinforce their learning. This work is not compulsory; however it does give the parent the opportunity to become involved if they wish.. |
