Our Community of Practice brings together ongoing professional development, educational leadership, coaching and dedicated Montessori mentorship. It creates opportunities for knowledge to be shared, practice to be reflected upon and our educational approach to remain connected to current research, professional guidance and authentic Montessori principles.
Montessori Mentorship
Our dedicated Montessori Mentor brings over 30 years of experience and teaching qualifications in both Early Childhood Education and Montessori Education.
Through mentoring and hands-on coaching, our Montessori Mentor works alongside educators to strengthen their understanding of the core Montessori method, prepared environments and the purposeful use of Montessori materials and resources.
Working collaboratively with our management team and Educational Leader, our Montessori Mentor provides professional guidance that strengthens consistency, reflection and the authentic application of Montessori practice across our learning environments.
